Lada Alger

Lada Alger has over 20 years in clinical experience and holds a Masters Degree in Public Health from East Carolina University.  After finishing medical school in the Ukraine, Lada moved to Virginia Beach in 1994. As a laser esthetician, Lada oversees and performs the majority of all our laser treatments such as laser hair removal, laser rejuvenation, and sun damage treatments.  Lada is also our Vascular Technician, and specializes in treating unwanted spider veins on the face and legs. Often times Lada is referred to as the gem of our practice due to her soft spoken, kind hearted demeanor.  When Lada is not working at Vaderma, she enjoys an active lifestyle of exercise, tropical travel, and time with her husband, 2 children, and 2 cats.
